A former educator and past president of Junior Achievement of East Central Illinois, Heather Stoa "retired" recently to spend more time digging in the dirt, restoring her old house, and traveling the world. She's chair of the Decatur Sister Cities Committee and looks forward to welcoming Camajuani, Cuba, as Decatur's third sister city.
