Lifelong Decatur resident Terrie Thompson Potter often breaks out the bagpipes for special events, and is a band member of St. Andrew’s Society Pipes and Drums of Central Illinois. She’s also a wife and mother with passions for volunteerism, camping, hiking, Disneyworld, and pets Piper the dog and Tigger the cat.
